In the case of returned goods, first of all email or fax to us. Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. No cash refunds can be made. Goods will be replaced with other articles of your choice. Returned goods have to be in their original conditions and packaging.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Chivasso, Italy.
